ALL ABOUT UNCAPPED

UNCAPPED is a social financing program led by Ottawa’s Centre for Social Enterprise Development (CSED) that seeks to provide social enterprises with the appropriate grant, debt and hybrid financing options to support their growth. UNCAPPED is designed to overcome funding barriers and gaps faced by social enterprises at various stages of development and with diverse legal structures.

UNCAPPED is made possible due to the support of the Province of Ontario’s Social Enterprise Demonstration Fund (SEDF). SEDF aims to support social enterprises by leveraging new sources of capital to provide access to grants and loans for social enterprises looking to grow and scale. Key partners include - Alterna Savings, Ottawa Community Foundation and United Way Centraide Ottawa.
